Seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as an Online Lecturer in Educare/Early Childhood Development

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Educare/Early Childhood Development, combined with a passion for teaching and a commitment to excellence in online education delivery.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Grade R or early childhood Development

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the Educare/Early Childhood Development.

Previous lecturing experience is essential

Previous experience teaching or tutoring in an online or remote setting is highly preferred.

Proficiency in utilizing online learning management systems and educational technology tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual learning environment.

Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging, interactive online lectures and course materials in various areas of Educare/Early Childhood Development

Facilitate online discussions, assignments, and assessments to ensure student comprehension and engagement.

Provide timely feedback and support to students to foster their learning and academic success.

Collaborate with other faculty members and instructional designers to continuously improve course content and delivery methods.

Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Information Technology to ensure course content remains relevant and up to date.
