Job Overview ILP Overseas | International Learning Planners is looking for a Human Resources (HR) professional to join our team. As an HR, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's human resource functions. This is a fresher role with less than 1 year of experience. The job location is Surat, Gujarat, India. The employment type for this role is 'Remote' or 'Internship'. Qualifications And Skills

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Familiarity with HR processes and best practices
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Roles And Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process by coordinating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates
  • Handle onboarding and orientation processes for new employees
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Support employee performance management processes by conducting evaluations and providing feedback
  • Manage employee benefits and ensure timely communication and delivery
  • Assist in employee training and development initiatives
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees
  • Contribute to the overall HR strategy and initiatives
  • Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices
