We calculate and manage the Hang Seng Family of Indexes. Starting in 1969 with the creation of the Hang Seng Index, now widely recognised as the barometer of the Hong Kong stock market, we have been at the forefront of the market, developing numerous market measures to help investors make their investment decisions. Currently, the Hang Seng Family of Indexes comprises over 2,000 real-time and daily indexes. Going forward, we will continue to broaden our index series to meet the widening spectrum of investor demand for index investment solutions. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Financial Performance and Analysis Manager. Principal responsibilities

• Develop business performance reports to analyze areas for revenue growth and drive business performance across CM and Products teams .
• Monitor revenue progression and formulate LE projection and FRP planning.
• Gather market intelligence to identify business opportunities by analyzing business and market from various dimensions - from peers' performances, market segments, to latest developments in index industry and competitors' move.
• Provide observations and findings to CM, Products and Strategy teams to calibrate action plans and strategies to achieve business goals.
• Facilitate the reviews and approvals of new products / new pricing of existing products submitted to the Product Oversight Committee.
• Act as the Secretary of the Product Oversight Committee, and enable committee members to form a conclusive decision.
• Participate in projects and discussions on building market intelligence analytics, CRM and other business performance related tools to streamline and automate the report production.

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Over five years of relevant work experience in the financial industry; preferably index / asset management segments
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, high level of communication, interpersonal and organization skills
• Resilient, curious and with growth mindset
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong knowledge of spreadsheet application software an advantage
• Strong teamwork skills including written and spoken communication skills, ability to work independently, and demonstrate reliability
• Strong self-motivation, with ability to work under pressure
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective delivery of outputs
