IT Operator - 30k MAX (7x24 (9 hours shift per working day)

• Operates computers by responding to console messages and handling peripheral devices such as printers, tape drives, etc., in compliance with standards, policies and standard operating procedures
• Operate the Data Center environments in compliance with standards, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures
• The provision of overnight and weekend production batch, output processing and related problem resolution
• Managing the backup systems, cycling tapes or other media, filling and maintaining printers
• Perform alert monitoring and follow up with relevant parties to resolve
• Notifying the participants in the incidents related to Data Center operations in a timely and appropriate fashion

Your Profile

• Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Technology and related disciplines or above
• At least 2 years' working experience of IT relevant working experience, prefer with focus on computer or data centre operation
• Knowledge of AS/400, Control-M, Backup Tools and Cloud operations would be advantage
• Able to work on-site, 7x24 and overnight shift including weekend and public holidays
• Good command of written and verbal communication in Chinese and English
• Proactive and strong coordination, communication and multitasking skills, able to communicate effectively with relevant parties at different levels
