Summary
- We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to take responsibility for a wide range of administrative tasks.

- Assist the General Manager in various administrative tasks and operational activities within ensuring seamless coordination and efficient functioning across departments.
- Support prospective patients through their onboarding process
- Proactively manage the ongoing monitoring of patients, ensuring patients are contacted by clinicians and mentors at the right frequencies
- Escalate non-engagement to clinicians as appropriate
- Manage the discharge / off-boarding of patients from the programme based on clinicians instructions
- Support the clinicians in managing their patient appointment schedules, arrange consultation appointments for patients at the appropriate points of their programme
- Liaise with mentors on key status changes of their mentees
- Keep track of blood test samples requirements and completion of patients, organising and ensuring completion of tests by patients
- Support the clinicians in the collection of monthly key biometrics data from patients and accurately recording them onto patients’ health records
- Transcribe clinical questionnaire scores onto patients’ health records
- Ensure data completeness so that clinicians are equipped for the required information to monitor progress / tailor the programme to their patients accordingly
- Ensure patient’s medical record on Roczen has all required data for clinicians review
- Gather patients feedback as required
- Support tasks relating to subscription management, with direction from the Finance team
- Support and contribute to various initiatives across the business, eg marketing campaign, recruitment drive as required

- Excellent IT skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google suites, in particularly Excel
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask

- Discrete and able to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Great communications skills
- A self-starter with a flexible ‘can do’ attitude
- Completed secondary school education (SPM) / Current college or university student
- Previous experience in administrative or customer-facing roles
- Interest in healthcare & wellness
- Eligible to work in Malaysia
- Permanent employment
- Core working hours are 9.00am - 6.00pm, Monday - Friday*
- Hybrid working arrangement: remote & on-site as required
