Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and social interaction. Implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans to meet the individual needs of each child. Monitor and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with parents. Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Promote a culture of respect, kindness, and cooperation among children. Ensure the health and safety of all children by following established procedures and protocols. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive teaching team. Attend professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Participate in parent-teacher conferences and other school events.   Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field. Previous experience in preschool education. Strong understanding of child development principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
