Position Summary
Location
Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Gujranwala & SialkotKey Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned territory’s Revenue, Profits, Collections, and Customer experience Targets
- Proactively analyze and consolidate market intelligence to monitor pricing and trends
- Develop and effectively manage relationships at the Senior Management level while representing Wateen
- Serve as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events and conferences
- Ensure accurate forecasting and comprehensive sales reporting
- Collaborate on account management plans with the sales account managers
- Drive the growth of Wateen’s market share in the industry
- Apply a deep understanding of technical concepts related to the Internet, Data, Communication Infrastructure, and ICT Solutions
- Foster and manage relationships with Global Technology Providers such as Microsoft, Cisco, Huawei, DELL, etc., to benefit Wateen and its customers
- Develop and nurture profitable customer relationships
- Innovate new approaches to nurture existing customers and ensure long-term growth
- Establish account management benchmarks that enhance profitability in customer relationships and align with the organization’s long-term strategy
Required Skills
- Drive sales and manage large to medium-sized deals with precision
- Excel in achieving and surpassing sales targets consistently
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships at the Senior Management level
- Demonstrate an outstanding grasp of Enterprise and Corporate business dynamics
- Proactively seek advice and tap into expert opinions from industry leaders in the WATEEN sector,particularly in addressing business challenges in the Corporate Sector
- Apply a reasonable knowledge of Account Plan methodology to strategize and execute salesapproaches effectively
- Leverage a deep understanding of sales processes and adeptly manage opportunities to maximizeresults
- Efficiently oversee contract management procedures
- Motivate oneself to excel in a dynamic sales environment
- Exhibit top-notch business communication skills, both verbal and written
- Deliver impactful presentations and exhibit strong prowess in selling and negotiations
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA/ MBA)
- 5 to 8 years experience in ICT Selling
- Certifications in Technology or a Technical Background would be an edge
