Job Summary
A Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing all lessees of the company's leases, evaluates new and existing leases, prepares lease documents, and oversees their ongoing maintenance. Monitors the financial condition of lessees and their compliance with the terms of the lease agreement. Acts as a conduit between the management and its lessees in maintaining a harmonious professional relationship.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
KEY CUSTOMERS
Project team, Tenants, Prospective lessees and Third Party Agencies.
PRIMARY DELIVERABLES
Develop, implement, and maintain leasing and property management programs for new and renewal tenants
Maintain or replace tenant profiles to include financial, demographic,and property information,and maintain building databases
Screen applicants for credit and background, conduct credit, criminal, and eviction checks.
Oversee marketing, leasing, and management of commercial properties.
Conduct property tours, negotiate leases, and oversee tenant move-in or move-out
Conduct post move-in inspections and provide 24/7 emergency servicet
Conduct regular property inspections, and review and approve work orders
Create operating budgets, and review and respond to tenant complaints
Make recommendations to improve property financials and ROI
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to fulfill projects
Oversee maintenance and repair of common areas and tenant spaces, including routine inspections.
Develop and manage leasing activities, including leasing policies, procedures, and programs
Identify market needs and trends
Develop and implement marketing strategies
Establish and maintain a positive image with the public
Oversee the maintenance and repair of existing properties
Be involved in sales and marketing
Oversee record keeping
SECONDARY DELIVERABLES
Provide general support to other connecting departments to achieve and sustain excellent service levels.
Provide Monthly reports / updates to management.
Provide and research current trends in the industry.

Knowledge of Leasing Industry

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in any business field.
Minimum of four (4) years experience in the field of Leasing or Marketing.
