MEP TENDERING & ESTIMATION MANAGER

Job description is given below. 1) Lead & Manage MEP Tendering Operations - HVAC/PLFF/ELEC/BMS Divisions 2) Business Development and achieving booking Targets with company-advised OHP. 3) Meeting & developing rapport with Consultants, Architects, Interior Designers, Main Contractors, and Business Agents. 4) Enquiry Management (Assigning of New Enquiries, Quoted Projects - Follow-up, Lost Jobs analysis.)5) Scrutinizing - Tender Documents (Specification / Drawings, Addendums, RFI’s, etc.). Attending Pre-bid meetings. 6) Verify the accuracy of quantity take-off / costing prepared by engineers. Ensuring compliance with tender documents 7) Checking and Approval of Estimations. 8) Techno-Commercial Proposal Preparation and Ontime submission of Quotations, follow for booking. 9) Addressing PTC’s Value Engineering Proposals. 10) Preparing and making Presentations. 11) Review of Contract Agreements and finalization for Management Approval. 12) Guarantees Finalization and collection of advance payment. 13) Handing over Booked Jobs to Projects for Execution. 14) Regular Coordination with Project Teams, taking feedback on orders placed/finalized prices of various ongoing Projects, Equipment, materials, and services which will be useful for tendering purpose activities. 15) Resolving tendering issues arising during project execution. 16) Regular Updation of Pre-Qualification (PQ) Document Qualification: A Mechanical / Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in the Gulf region, specifically in the HVAC Building Construction Industry, who can also estimate Electrical and PL & FF works is needed.
