Employer DescriptionOur client is a leader in Property & Residential Development.Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team.Your duties will include:Develop and implement effective PPC, SMO, SEM and SEO strategies to improve our websites ranking on search engines, including Google and Bing.Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases that will drive traffic and improve conversion rates.Plan and execute PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, Facebook and other relevant PPC platforms.Social Media and Google AdWords strategy writing, campaign monitoring, and optimisation.Create and optimize ad copy and landing pages that are optimized for specific keywords and target audiences.Develop effective out- and inbound marketing campaigns.Community management and customer relationship management on social media.Analyse campaign performance data to identify areas for optimization and improvement.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in PPC and SEO.QualificationsBachelor''''''''s Degree/Diploma in Marketing/DigitalSkills3+ Years Experience in PPC campaigns on a SEO, SMO, SEM, and Display level.Strong knowledge of Google Ads, and other PPC platforms.Proficient in Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools for tracking and analysing campaign performance.Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and landing page optimization.
