They are currently seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented E-commerce Inbound Manager to join their team in the Midrand warehouse.The ideal candidate will be quality-focused, solution-oriented, and possess experience in process management, warehousing, supply chain management, and/or logistics, preferably within an e-commerce context. This role is well-suited for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, readily adapt to changing market dynamics, and exhibit a passion for process management, efficiency, and product quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small to medium-sized team of warehouse staff.Key requirements for the position include a:tertiary qualification in relevant fields such as supply chain management, logistics, engineering, or project managementminimum of three years' experience in production, supply chain management, logistics, or e-commerce.demonstrated experience in staff management, a target-oriented mindsetthe ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail are essential.Fluency in Afrikaans, exceptional communication skills, and a creative problem-solving approach are critical assets for this role.The E-commerce Inbound Manager will:oversee stock inbound processesconduct incoming inspectionsmonitor product quality and cold chain integritycoordinate stock control operationsmanage the warehouse team and inbound driversliaise with the procurement teamdevelop and implement standard operating proceduresdrive continuous improvement initiatives.Our client emphasizes a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction in every decision, process, and task.
