This is a dynamic Brand in the creative/fashion/retail space and as a hands-on person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, your contribution to both the e-commerce and personal assistant roles will be busy and enjoyable. The position is based in Cape Town city and is an full time office based role.Requirements:MatricRelevant Qualification advantage Strong people skills to work with staff and customersAbility to promote and instill a world-class online shopping experience for customersStrong administrative and reporting competencyAbility to work in a dynamic and success-driven environmentExcellent computer skills and social media knowledgeDuties as E-commerce Consultant:You will work daily at the online success by driving sales and optimizing customer experience.Updating the company website with new products, promos, customer information, banners, and moreDriving databasesOverseeing the website team and optimizing procedures and customer experienceHandling and overseeing the marketing accountWebsite sales analysis and reportsDesigning and sending newsletters and promotion emailsPreplanning of promotions and sales with the Retail teamPreplanning newsletters and social media content with the Retail teamPlanning, preparing social Media content, and implementing it on various platformsEnsure correct stock levels per department and category to achieve the sales budget of e-commerce salesPR/Social Media community managementDuties as PA:Assist with keeping individuals organized and on scheduleProviding administrative supportMaking administrative decisions and taking action in the employer''''s absenceConserves employer''''s time by reading, researching and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information and initiating telecommunicationsSchedule meetings and manage calendarsTake accurate and comprehensive notes at meetingsCoordinate eventsDraft correspondence such as emails and lettersMiscellaneous clerical tasks to support their employerIf you are super organized, enjoy the "fashion" world and to be part of this very dynamic company, then this might just be your position.
