Our client is a small group of companies operating in the construction, specialist contracting and energy sectors based in Cape Town. They are currently looking to recruit a young, highly efficient and process-driven Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director. Key Tasks:Booking Appointments & meetings in the most efficient way possibleRearranging appointments and meetings when requiredDoing a weekly planner and updating on a daily basis keeping the director informed at all timesTyping letters, memos, emails, reports and spreadsheetsFormatting documentsKeeping track of urgent tasks and reminding the director at all timesBooking personal holidays abroad and locallyBooking business trips and visasArranging company accommodation/ flightsGoing shopping when requiredDeal with tailoringArranging lunches/ mealsDealing with maintenance issues, body coporatesEnsuring all payments are up to date including municipal, levies, etcEnsuring that all rentals are collected monthlyAttending Body Corporate meetings Minimum Requirements:Matric with bachelors passExtremely efficientDisplay good work ethicBe extremely trustworthyMust be very discreet and confidentialMust have valid drivers license and own vehicleWill be open to working longer hours and working weekends where required
