Hands on Recruitment have partnered with a rapidly growing creative- tech-enabled scale-up agency based in Sweden, who are looking for a Dev Team Lead.6 Month fixed term Maternity cover contract (June- December)- With potential to become permanentRequirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years experience as Web Project Manager Minimum of 3 years experience as a Dev Team Lead Familiarity with design tools and design production. Experience working in Figma. Excellent communication skills in English.Responsibilities:â— Lead dev team operationally to ensure successful deliveries for our clientsâ— Set OKR and goals and have regular check-ins with all PMs and developers in their teamâ— Provide guidance and support to team, and ensure adherence to processes and best practicesâ— Continuously monitor and improve team performance, and provide coaching and feedback to team members as neededâ— Manage the recruitment, training, and development of team membersâ— Manage team workloadâ— Manage team staffing, make decisions when conflicts ariseâ— Develop and implement project management processes and best practices to improve efficiency and quality of project deliveryâ— Develop project plans and timelines, monitor project progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgetâ— Develop dev products: package offerings, follow up with KPI:s
