Our client is currently recruiting for a Junior HR Coordinator.  This role will expose you to a diverse working environment with endless opportunities to grow as an individual and to work for an organization that promotes equality.  This is a contract role (7-months contract) Matric.Degree or Degree equivalent (NQF 6) within HR or relevant field.2-3 Years HR experience.Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)Experience in working on Payroll Systems (e.g. SAGE)Planning and organizing.Coordination Capability.Stakeholder Management.Strong administrative skills.Attention to detail.Analytical thinking.Maintain and Coordinate training administrationMaintain and coordinate bursary administrationEnsuring all contracts and offers are drafted timeouslySupporting HR team in the coordination of interviews.Concluding Reference Checks MIE ChecksSupporting screening processes and conducting interviews.Coordination of Employee On boarding DocumentationCoordinator of on boarding of new starters in close collaboration with the HRBP team and Line ManagementDrive and enable engagement initiatives through the calendarKeep up to date on employee policies and labour legislationAddress first level HR enquiries as when requiredAssist in drafting of letters within HR such as (Increases, promotions, disciplinary, certificate of service, etc.)Coordinate HR Projects and events as requiredMaintenance of general employee filesMaintenance of Org chartsAssist in HR reporting, such as monthly reports, Headcount reports, Employment Equity etc.Craft and communicating messages and programs through internal channelsCollaborate with all departments to ensure that employees stay up to date with all company news, goals, projects, events and plans.Design templates via CanvaCreate welcome comms for the new hires in the organizationCoordination of suppliers on boarding documentsOutline the business requirements an expectations for a working relationship with the suppliersEnsure supplier evaluation and approval is granted by the legal and compliance officerAdminister and process all HR invoices for paymentUpload quotations from suppliers on papertrail and link on NavisionCreate the purchase order that details the quantity and specific requirements for the approversEnsure all items and services ordered were received, and payment is only issues for items ordered and received.
