Are you a seasoned educational professional with a passion for program excellence and academic integrity? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Faculty Head - FET. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire portfolio of programs within the department, ensuring their development, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Educational Requirements:

Hold a postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.

A master's degree in Humanities (Education) or Science and Technology is preferred.

Possess 3-5 years of experience in higher education.

Previous program management experience is advantageous.

Familiarity with formal assessment, moderation practices, design, development, and program structuring.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Development and Review

Take ownership of program development and curriculum reviews.

Align assessments with program objectives and facilitate module material updates.

Maintain prescribed textbook lists to enhance the learning experience.

Academic Integrity and Regulatory Compliance

Ensure the academic integrity and regulatory compliance of all programs and assessments.

Align program factsheets and curriculum structures with regulatory requirements.

Uphold the highest standards of educational quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee program management, development, and periodic reviews.

Implement work-integrated learning and workplace-based learning for each program.

Manage student recruitment, selection, placement, RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning), and CAT (Continuous Assessment).

Promote effective teaching and learning practices.

Foster academic staff capacity development.

Contribute to institutional planning, resource allocation, and governance.

Conduct stakeholder surveys to gauge the quality of educational provision.

Participate in benchmarking activities to maintain high standards.
