Ulu Tiram Job Responsibilities:- Responsible for executing and facilitating the site's Lean Six Sigma initiatives and project within the group of companies.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and cost / benefit analysis.
- Act as an Internal Continuous Improvement Consultant providing leadership, training and team facilitation for plant and management.
- Improve machines, products and processes via the use of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
- Develop, plan and execution of various Lean Six Sigma transformation events and projects targeted towards improving the business's performance on safety, quality, delivery and cost.
- Strive to constantly eliminate waste, improve customer satisfaction and increase market share.
- Continuously coach all level of the organization to sustain the tools.
- Develop / improve training documents and tool kits.
- Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree (Process / Industrial / Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
- Exposure and experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma and/or Value Stream Mapping, 5S, TPM and any other Lean Tools.
- Knowledge in Quality Standards such as ISO 9001 & ISO 13485.
- Proven technical problem solving skills.
