As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join their team as a B2C Reservations & Travel Consultant, focused on the B2C channel. Key Responsibilities: ● Manage all B2C channels - OTA’s - Booking.com & Expedia.com - Campaign / Website leads from direct customers - Hubspot - keep sales process up to date ● Personal Travel management o Build and maintain relationships with clients through proactive communication via email, telephone and live chat. o Assist clients in selecting the most suitable accommodations and experiences based on their preferences and requirements. o Coordinate booking details, including room preferences, special requests and transportation arrangements. o Provide accurate information about the unique features, amenities and activities offered by our properties. o Prepare and present custom safari travel itineraries, quotes and proposals to clients. ● Revenue Generation o Actively promote and sell lodge and camp packages to potential clients. o Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value of our offerings. o Upsell additional products and services to clients, such as our game and adventure package rate tiers. o Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPI’s. ● Customer relation management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction. o Address customer enquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. o Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. o Maintain contact with clients pre, during and post travel. Collaborative work o Provide relevant information to your teams to support efficient planning and logistics. o Work collaboratively with other sales consultants, product managers and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of travel itineraries to clients. o Provide feedback to management on product offerings and client needs to help inform future product development and sales strategies. Requirements ● Minimum 5yrs reservations experience. ● At least 2 yrs B2C reservations experience, with a focus on African safari travel. ● Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages will be advantageous. ● Past experience on ResRequest, Wetu, HubSpot & Xero is an advantage. ● Proficiency in CRM & accounting software. ● East Africa knowledge is required. ● Ability to work from home. ● Proactive and self-motivated and able to work in a non-supervised environment. ● Position is structured as a consultancy. Remuneration The position requires high responsibility levels but offers excellent remuneration opportunities through a basic salary, plus a sales commission structure.
