Senior Food & Beverage Supervisor

*Career Vision Recruiters* see an experienced *Senior F&B Supervisor* to take charge of the front of house team in this busy Gastro Bar & Restaurant property in Co. Clare, who also cater for private dining events. This role will suit a hands-on manager who will lead from the front and support the front of house team. The successful candidate will be responsible for: · The management and direction of all service (food and drink) operations throughout the property, including lunch, dinner, all day food, functions and take away service. · The motivation and development of the Front of House Team, assure a seamless communication and cooperation through the operation between bar, restaurant and kitchen staff. · The hygienic and quality service of drink and food. · The supervision of service and preparation of drinks, including hot beverage, and all food served by the floor staff. · Ensuring that the premises are kept clean and tidy. Also responsible for ensuring that the toilets are checked and cleaned as necessary on an hourly basis. Purpose of Position: · Supervise, under the guidance of the General Manager/Operations Manager, all Front of House areas and other areas as requested, Work hands on with the Front of House Teams. · To prepare with the assigned team the daily mise-en-place in a timely and efficient manner. · To work with the front and back of house team in achieving required production and customer satisfaction. · To remain in constant contact with the General Manager and report and advise of any changes or problems immediately. · To assist in planning for the forthcoming meal periods in advance · To achieve and established Standards of Preparation &Service (SOS) and cost-effective overall operations at all times.
