Remote Medical Transcriptionist

MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Remote   Medical Transcriptionist ! About the account: DrCatalyst   DrCatalyst (DrC) is a remote healthcare staffing organization that has over 750 billable staff from the Philippines. We are looking for Medical Transcriptionists who are ready to transcribe live patient calls and take dictations from their client. Work Schedule and Arrangement: Night shift PHT, Full time, Remote work for those with Solid Experience as a Medical Transcriptionist before.  Office Location: 8F Skyrise 4B, Cebu IT Park, W Geonzon St, Cebu City   Responsibilities: •    Transcribe live patient calls and take dictations from client. •    Convert audio file and download to express scribe •    Transcribe within 24 hours all the files received during the day •    Ensure 98% to 100% accuracy in the transcription of the audio file sent by the client •    Proofread all transcriptions prior to entering the data in visit note to avoid errors •    Enter data in IMS Visit Note once proofreading is completed •    Notify the client after the completion of entering data in IMS Visit Note •    Complete all dictations for the day from the client •    Perform additional tasks that are dependent on the client's requests ​​​​​​​​ Requirements: •   If you are a Graduate/undergraduate of any Medical Allied course or with a certificate program from a Medical Transcriptionist school, then you will need to have 2 years of solid experience as a transcriptionist. •    For non-Medical graduates, solid 2 years experience as a Medical Transcriptionist is a must •    Good attention to detail •    Typing speed of 55 WPM with 95% accuracy in transcription •    Good listening, comprehension, and research skills •    Good English grammar and pronunciation both oral and written •    Knowledgeable in medical terminologies •    Ability to focus and concentrate with little distraction •    Must be willing to report onsite •    Physically fit to work in a BPO setting Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP): •    Monthly salary of  28,000•    New hire bonus of 5,000  Perks and other benefits: •    Paid Training Period •    Labor Law compliant on Holiday Pay •    Paid time off—public holidays, vacation, and personal time off •    Robust and effective Government Benefits Administration •    Lactation breaks (for breastfeeding moms)•    Discounted optical services with our partner clinic •    Free lunch/dinner and unlimited coffee and ice cream daily (for on site employees)•    Free Health insurance with one (1) free dependent •    Free Life insurance •    Free Accident insurance •    Relocation allowance for new hires if reporting to office (from Outside Cebu)•    Company-sponsored outings •    Interest-based employee clubs (DOTA, Basketball, Dance, Music, Photography, Yoga)•    International travel opportunities (India and US office) Our Recruitment Process:
