Head of Marketing Operations Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing Operations to lead our marketing efforts and manage our agency partnerships. This role is pivotal in driving our brand’s growth across various digital platforms, including but not limited to influencer marketing, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, affiliates, and more. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, with specific insights into the complexities of selling and marketing on Amazon and Shopify. The CEO will advise on strategy, and use 5 marketing agencies in different areas to support the execution.  Key Responsibilities

  • Execution of marketing operations involving offer creation on Shopify & Amazon, attribution links creation with UTMs for influencers, affiliates, emails/SMS.
  • Responsible for analyzing campaign data, identifying trends and insights, and reporting on results to inform future strategies and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing agencies to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to campaign setup, tracking, and performance.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team dedicated to identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships with micro-influencers.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a specific focus on Facebook advertising and social media marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire a team of marketing professionals
