We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Partner to join our dynamic Talent Team. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions and activities, supporting both employees and management. You will play a critical role in ensuring effective HR operations and providing strategic support to drive the success of our organization. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting Talent Team for full spectrum of HR functions including payroll, hiring, compensation and benefit etc.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, addressing their questions, concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Partner with the business to identify, source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process
  • Support the performance management process, assisting managers and employees with goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans
  • Support employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
  • Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all HR processes adhere to policy and process
  • Ensure payroll matters comply with internal requirements and external regulations and salary payment is timely without delay
  • Perform HR administrative tasks and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with employees at all levels
  • Good understanding of employee lifecycle process
  • Experience with performance management and employee relations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite, experience in using Bamboo HR System is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
