$5K + AWS + VB + allowance 5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours Location: North Responsibilities
- Be responsible to support lease activities and facilities management in the region
- Perform Business Analytics for overseas to identify Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats with reasonable recommendation on path forward.
- Ensure all involved region and Company data/documentation is up to date and accurate.
- Develop an annual plan for the implementation of yearly objectives and a 3-year financial forecast.
- Monitor budget for the region and to identify gaps in spending. Implement invoices tracking system.
- Enhance continued development of the hard and soft services strategy, ensuring appropriate SLA's and KPI's are developed and implemented.
- Develop an annual procurement Programme aligned to the Facilities Master Plan
- Provide continued support and advice to the business on matters relating to buildings mechanical,
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience of managing Facilities at multiple sites in a corporate environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Salary Offer $4000-$5000
