- Learn Module/SSD assembly process includes Surface Mount Technology and other custom assembly process.
- Learn on Pick and Place process, recipe creation and Recipe Management System
- Learn on the system setup for Pick and Place process and recipe control
- Able to understand Surface mount technology process and operation.
- Able to understand the Module/SSD product related information
- Able to understand SAP/BOM, SMT component and CAD file.
- Able to understand Pick&Place recipe creation process and Recipe management System.
- Develop a recipe creation and validation system successfully within the timeline.
