Founding Chief Product Technology Officer (CPTO) – Startup LLM - £200k +equity – Remote (UK/EU) Are you a Senior Product Manager, Head of Product, Chief Product Officer or a CTO in a heavily Product focused role? Have you, or are you working in an AI product company? Do you have a strong understanding of NLP/LLMs? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. The challenge The rise of AI has skyrocketed demand for computational power. However, current solutions are expensive and dominated by large corporations. We're tackling this challenge by building a decentralized marketplace for compute power specifically designed for large language models (LLMs) with billions of parameters. We’re a US HQ’d Web3 incubator, founded by a successful tech entrepreneur, which has grown to 30 people and we’re looking for a Chief Product Technology Officer (CPTO) to be part of the founding team of 4 – including CEO, COO and Principal Engineer. About you You’ll come from a Technical background, perhaps with experience as a NLP/AI Engineer and now working in a Product focussed role. OR a CTO in an NLP business with solid experience of understanding customer feedback and requirements and collaborate with the technology team to develop the products/features. establishing product market fit. The platform will be built on Blockchain technology, but we’re not expecting you to have experience with this. What we are looking for is:

• A background in NLP Engineering
• Some hands on developing, training and deploying NLP models experience
• Experience in an NLP based product company
• Understanding of some of the more recent LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, LLaMA etc)
• Experience engaging customers to understand their needs, challenges and identify new use cases/features.

You’ll be a founding member of the team that have secured $2.5 million dollars pre-seed, and will receive equity in the business as it spins out on its own and grows. You’ll be working remotely, with others in the team being spread across, US (East Coast), Dubai and Europe.
