Mobile Chef de Partie - Live-In Option Available (One click apply)

Chef de Partie We are recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join and develop with our kitchen team at our sister site The Nags Head in Great Missenden. Live in is available at The Bricklayers Arms, own transport is a necessity as the job will involve commuting between sites (approx 15-20 min drive). You will be competent with running your own section and be able to understand a busy service. You will relish the opportunity to learn through the Sous and Head Chef and be able to help and support the Commis Chef. You will already have ambitions of what kind of head chef you are aspiring to be, with an idea of creative new dishes. Having a good level of culinary skills, we will help develop your management skills to progress you to Sous and even Head Chef levels through our in-house training and development scheme with opportunities in the group for you once ready.
