We are seeking top professionals to fill the role of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (FSCM)Functional Consultant . You will be working with recent technologies in a strong team of professionals . Role Description : You’ll be a functional expert developing specifications for implementation, configuration, customizations, and enhancements of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (FSCM) . This role is con nected with AppSource publications and close cooperation with ISVs. As a member of the Ciellos consulting team, you will lead projects and focus on the implementation and delivery of  Dynamics 365 (FSCM) software applications. The ability to manage projects from inception to customer signoff and meet aggressive project milestones is mandatory. This position will also engage business analysis, the scope of work and requirements definition, project estimating, solution design, and product demonstrations. Extensive knowledge and functional understanding of the Dynamics 365 (FSCM) product are required. Responsibilities:

• Manage ERP software implementation projects (participate in discovery, design, planning deployment).

• Understand customer user and system requirements and identify specific enhancement customizations if necessary.
• Document business requirements and functional specifications.
• Implement and deploy Dynamics 365 (FSCM) software applications.
• Manage customer expectations, and the project team and provide great customer service.
• Provide technical support for the project life cycle.

• Work with developers during the development and testing phases.
• Configure Dynamics 365 (FSCM) application for the customer environment.
• Draft user documentation.
• Train users when applicable.

• End customer implementation experience;
• Experience in working in a client facing environment and resolving escalations when needed;
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 (FSCM) functionality and business processes;

• Customer support;
• English knowledge Upper Intermediate/Advanced level;
• Dynamics 365 (FSCM) or equivalent Certifications as a plus;

• Strong communication and analytical skills.
