Working with the team, you’ll will develop and lead our workforce strategy, building out our policies and programs as the company scales. You'll provide guidance and counsel and have the opportunity to improve and impact every employee's experience. What You'll Do

• Collaborate with senior leadership on business goals and develop legal strategies that support organizational success
• Drive operational excellence and efficiency in Legal processes to enable the organization to manage and scale proposal and contract management (PCM), vendor contracts and other legal surface areas
• Partner with Quality to oversee people compliance and risk management to comply with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Partner with People on employment, HR compliance and corporate planning

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in the Legal function with at least 4 years of management experience
• Experience at a scaling startup preferred
• Experience in a biotechnology, pharmaceutical or clinical research preferred
