Human Resources Specialist

Job Title: Human Resources - Logistics Company Location: Florianopolis Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition: - Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs. - Recruit, select, and interview candidates for various positions within the company. - Maintain a candidate pipeline and establish relationships with potential candidates. 2. Employee Onboarding: - Conduct orientation sessions for new hires. - Facilitate the completion of new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies. - Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process. 3. Employee Relations: - Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner. - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. - Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters. 4. Performance Management: - Administer performance appraisal processes. - Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans. - Provide support in handling performance-related issues. 5. Policy Development and Compliance: - Stay informed about changes in labor laws and ensure company compliance. - Contribute to the development and updating of HR policies and procedures. 6. Training and Development: - Identify training needs and coordinate training programs. - Support employee development initiatives and career pathing. 7. HR Administration: - Manage and maintain employee records. - Handle day-to-day HR tasks, including documentation and record-keeping. Qualifications: 1. Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 2.
