Job Description:- Managing all the sales related activity of the Hotel.
- Make lists of potential clients and conduct surveys to identify customers actively seeking a hotel.
- Generate new sales leads and maintain good relationship with clients and customers.
- Support hotel service and relationship strategy by driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence.
- Provide feedback on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the competition.
- Resolve and quell misunderstandings within hotel premises.
- Maintain contact with clients to obtain feedback and provide suggestions for future business deals.
- Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs.
- Monitor the customer service quality of the hotel to ensure customers are tended to appropriately.
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned and provide sales statistics on weekly, monthly and accumulative basis.
- Carry out any other duties as required by management.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Sales and Marketing or related fields.
- At least 2 years’ experience in Hospitality / Hotel Management.
- Self-motivated and driven by targets.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with others.
