Full job description

• Managing all the sales related activity of the Hotel.
• Make lists of potential clients and conduct surveys to identify customers actively seeking a hotel.
• Generate new sales leads and maintain good relationship with clients and customers.
• Support hotel service and relationship strategy by driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence.
• Provide feedback on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the competition.
• Resolve and quell misunderstandings within hotel premises.
• Maintain contact with clients to obtain feedback and provide suggestions for future business deals.
• Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs.
• Monitor the customer service quality of the hotel to ensure customers are tended to appropriately.
• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned and provide sales statistics on weekly, monthly and accumulative basis.
• Carry out any other duties as required by management.

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Sales and Marketing or related fields.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Hospitality / Hotel Management.
• Self-motivated and driven by targets.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with others.
