If so, lets talk. Your Role and Responsibilities Onboarding Success Partner (OSP) are responsible for creating a seamless and differentiated experience for pre-hires during the pre-onboarding phase. This includes the delivery of administrative excellence across all activities related to onboarding such as sending new hire communications, completing compliance related activities and paperwork, scheduling events and associated tasks such as sending invites and preparing orientation materials. The role of onboarding is integral for preparing the new hire for their IBM career and ensure that everything is ready for their arrival at IBM on day 1. Our team play a significant part to ensure all provisioning are ready for new hires and onboarding documents are collected timely according to process guideline. This role will be reporting to the Regional Onboarding Leader and will be part of IBM's Global Onboarding team. What you'll do: This position will support the HR team in building the best onboarding experience for every new joiner at IBM. The role requires one to be a meticulous and get-things-done professionally. We need someone who can think strategically, adapt quickly, and be a trusted team player.

  • Coordinating requests and delivery of all provisioning items for new hires
  • Responsible for appropriate follow-up of each required element in the onboarding process within time frames established.
  • Facilitate new hire welcome orientation (virtually or face-to-face subject to business arrangement)
  • Handle communications and inquiries from new hires where applicable.
  • Audit and review all new hire documents as per the statutory and company requirements.
  • Ensure employee data collected at onboarding stage reaches HR system(s) in a timely manner.
  • Participate in projects or tasks assignment when required.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Competent in Chinese & English language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Having knowledge in Korean language will be added advantage.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge in using Microsoft Office application will be added advantage (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Orientation on detail & Precision.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and adapt to different time zones.
  • Energetic and enjoy interacting with people from different experiences and hierarchy in organization.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Prior relevant onboarding experience
