- Develop and maintain the product roadmap and deliverables, align the product backlog with other business units and PMO, for domestic and international territories
- Refine requirements, clarify with stakeholders, and manage the product backlog across multiple delivery teams
- Ensure that work results meet the pre-defined standards and quality
- Collaborate with the delivery teams to ensure goals are clear, achievable and aligned with the overall strategy
- To ensure timely, within budget and quality delivery of Technology products for continuity of business momentum in International Territories
- Assist the Head of International IT while devising strategic technology decisions
- Responsible for the overall Project Management for successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.
- To act as a Portfolio Manager for a central oversight of budget, risk management, strategic alignment of IT investments, demand and investment management along with standardization of investment procedure, rules and plans.
- To assist with the prioritization of projects, particularly using cost / benefit analysis to proactively manage business demand
