Full Time Permanent Salary based Negotiable About the job: As a Marketing Executive at Ethos, you will support various marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, talent attraction and revenue growth across EMEA. About You: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. - 1+ years’ experience working in a marketing role - Skilled using Canva / Adobe package inDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator - Familiarity with social media platforms - Good written communication skills - Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with a strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines. - Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. - Strong interpersonal skills, confident seeking answers to solve questions / complete work Your key day-to-day activities: Assist in executing marketing activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute B2B marketing strategies and tactics across multiple channels. This includes digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content creation (print, web & video), project sheets, CV updates and event promotion. Campaign Performance & Analytics : Assist in analysing campaign performance metrics and preparing reports. Content creation and management : Support the creation of original marketing content targeted to our B2B audience, such as social media content, email newsletters, video for Podcast & social. Market research and analysis: Assist with market research and competitor analysis. Identify market trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities. Share relevant insights and recommendations with the team to drive innovation and improvement in marketing strategies. Social media management : Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling and engagement monitoring. Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest creative ideas to engage the target audience effectively. Coordinate Events & Marketing Materials: Planning, organising, and executing marketing events. Support logistics, promotional materials, and onsite activities to ensure successful event execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams : Work closely with operations, & business functions teams to align marketing efforts and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all touchpoints.
