Project Manager/Scrum Master

In Rocketech , for over 7 years, we are helping companies to build and improve their products Usually, we are reached by ambitious teams from the US, Europe and Asia that want to implement their idea in code, create a site or an application. Moreover, we gladly advise and help them to define a roadmap Now Rocketech has more than 50 people and more than 10 projects at various stages. Our teams work remotely worldwide — from Europe, the USA, Asia . Our headquarters are situated in Singapore . Over the years of work, we have created many successful cases. To be more precise, we: — Developed more than 100 products for more than 70 clients — Received Clutch “Gold Verified Partner” award At the moment, we’re in search of an experienced SM/PM to be in charge of our projects’ successful delivery process. Our customer ( based in Asia ) wants to create a fintech product working with different currencies in different countries. We plan to develop a technically complex solution from scratch (extensive website with complex admin panel, a lot of API communication), so we expect PM to be highly experienced, communicative and possess a strong understanding of common best practices This vacancy implies part-time

What you have to deal with

— Working as a PM in a product development team, value delivery process management — Scrum training, introduction of a flexible management approach to a product development team — Cooperation with product owner in product vision creating, backlog forming and prioritizing — Providing transparency of the Scrum team’s work process — Report analytics of sprints and the whole project — Resolving issues within the team

What we expect from you

— At least 4 years of PM experience in outsourcing company — PSM 1/PSM 2, SAC or any other similar certification — Deep knowledge and understanding of Scrum values, roles, events and artifacts, basic product practices (story mapping, impact mapping)— Practical experience working with the product owner in backlog management — B2+ English
