As National Sales Manager, you have full revenue responsibility for Singapore. Leading a diverse team of dynamic and highly-motivated employees, it is absolutely key that you have a hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach to sales management, as well as having the ability to grow and develop people. Reporting to the Sales Director of South East Asia, you will be responsible for developing key relationships as well as strategically growing the business in line with the company’s objectives and targets. Partnerships are a very important aspect to ensure the continued success and growth of the business, hence, you will be working closely with distributors, system integrators, alliance partners and key end-users. This position will be based in Singapore. What you’ll do here as National Sales Manager for Singapore? Sales and Team Leadership
  • Develop a long-term business plan, provide input to adjust the business plan over time and fine tune targets for the team.
  • Implement the business plan by leading and supporting the sales team to manage channels, alliance partners and end user relationships.
  • Set and drive adequate sales cadence touch points with local team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Grow, manage and develop the Singapore sales team in collaboration with Management and HR.
  • Responsible for creating a positive and open feedback culture in the team.
Country Responsibility
  • Perform country level approvals of pricing and expenditure.
  • Ownership of monthly country reporting to the region.
  • Be the Public Relations representative for Singapore, which includes working with PR firms in creating articles, and attending to interviews from the press.
  • Work with Marketing to determine shows to exhibit at, marketing promotions, and publications to advertise.
  • Work co-operatively with support functions in Singapore and HQ in Sweden.

  • Are an effective public speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • Possess the ability to build credible relationships with diverse audiences.
  • Are able to grasp technical terms – Networks, CCTV, Information Technology
  • have a strong orientation towards development of people and teams with the focus on empowering others to succeed.
  • Are motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
We'd also love to hear that you have:
  • A University degree in Business or related field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in people management with a solid track record as an exemplary leader
  • At least 10 years of work experience, with experience min 3 in channel sales and solution selling
  • Experience in sales management including forecasting and funnel management
  • CCTV security/surveillance industry experience (bonus points for this)
