As an International Sales Executive in Kuwait, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our international sales operations. You will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships with clients across various geographical regions. This position requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in international sales and a deep understanding of the global market. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets in international markets.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in different regions.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new relationships with potential customers.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of international sales transactions.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competition in order to provide market intelligence and insights to the company.
  6. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management.
  7. Attend international trade shows and exhibitions to promote company products and services.
  8. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
  9. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
  10. Travel to different countries to meet with clients and conduct sales meetings.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in international sales, preferably in the [industry] sector.
  3. Strong knowledge of global markets and the ability to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  6. Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  9. Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  10. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
