Take over a key role as Partner Relations Manager - KSA in the Business Development department, and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success. What we expect from you: Manage the partners and stakeholders with agencies and ministries Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing partners Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners Manage and coordinate supply onboarding with partners Monitor and analyze performance metrics of partnerships and clients Manage governmental licenses and regulation What we are looking for: Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant work experience Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively, with a proven track record of inspiring and driving them towards achieving business goals Deep understanding of the Riyadh market, including cultural nuances, consumer behavior, and local regulations Proven success in business development, sales, or marketing, especially in expanding or establishing a brand's presence in a new market or region Experience in developing and implementing strategic business plans that have led to tangible growth and success Strong understanding of budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation Experience managing a profit and loss (P&L) statement is highly desirable Fluency in both Arabic and English Familiarity with digital platforms, e-commerce, and the latest technology trends PERKS OF BEING A PART of JUSTLIFE Nothing would replace the start-up spirit, working with an evolving culture and fulfilling workplace!
