Qualifications and experienceCertification in the following software packages. AutoCAD, Microstation, REVIT MEPExperience in and knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks and BIM360 will be an advantageAt least Eight (8) years post qualification experience in building services including medical installationsRegistered as a member of the South African Institute of DraughtingDuties and responsibilities will includeAssists with conceptual design development and drawing, translates specifications and designs into engineering drawings to be issued for construction.In conjunction with the engineer produce functional, economical and technically correct drawings.Provide the engineer with preliminary drawings with initial conceptual information for further refinementManage compliance with the ISO 9001 quality system, drawing standards and control / filing etc.Ensure co-ordination / integration with other engineering disciplines and architectural services, clash analysis etc.Responsible for electronic filing, administration and issue, including updates and revisions etc.
