Job Description:
To develop and manage process and works instructions for all Hospitality Services on the Secunda site. Ensure delivery on time, in budget, with the correct scope and quality and performed safely.

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure delivery such as: Hospitality Services at the Sasol Secunda Club, Indaba and Lapa conference facility, Food, beverage and banqueting services.
Continuously improve service offerings in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and competitiveness.
Customer base- determine customer needs and ensure operational delivery of sort service.
Build credible internal stakeholder relationships based on pro-active engagement and delivery on agreed upon standards of service
Contract Management. Governance and adherence to Food Safety regulations across the Secunda site.
Coordination of VIP events (Assisting Community Affairs outcomes)
Job Requirements:
Food Cost Management experience
Matric
Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent
Business Leadership: Demonstrates commercial acumen, a global mind-set and exercises sound judgement. Achieves results through others and holds them accountable.
Minimum of 7 years relevant experience related to hospitality
Partnership Leadership: Persuades and influences stakeholders; builds relationships and partnerships for win-win outcomes. Builds teams and creates synergies through working across boundaries.
Knowledge of systems
