Manager: Operational Insights & Strategy South Africa Job Overview Business Segment: Group Functions Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30 To lead and manage the strategic and operational direction of a specialized discipline within the Group Fusion Centre, ensuring the effective development of the required framework for associated work. This is done within the parameters of authorization granted or approved by the authorizing Head of Department. The primary focus is to ensure information and data are collected in line with legislative/regulatory requirements, contributing to the generation of valuable insights and safeguarding organizational interests. Qualifications Minimum QualificationsFirst Degree in Information Studies or Risk Management1-2 years - The role requires sufficient experience and understanding anti financial crime .8-10 years - The role requires significant experience in conducting and leading a team in the analysis of highly sensitive information and translating it into actionable insights, in line with the relevant legislative and regulatory requirements, that can be effectively utilizedProducing actionable insight reports to inform stakeholders at EXCO-level2-5 years of experience in law enforcement, military, or private sector roles involving analytical expertise in sensitive contexts.Please note: All our recruitment processes comply with the applicable local laws and regulations.
