Job Description:
To ensure compliance to the BBBEE Sibanye Stillwater charter in alignment to the Mining Charter and other regulatory entities. Apply legislation in the design and implementation of best transformation practices, guiding the company in the delivery of the transformational strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
Guide and encourage Heads of Functions to compile actions plans in achieving the transformation strategic agendas.
Design a transformation strategy in line with legislative and regulatory guidelines to deliver on the company's strategic plan.
Develop and implement best practices in the achieving transformational goals.
Develop an internal transformation framework, methodology, policy and procedures in the delivery of the transformational objectives.
Lead the transformation agenda within the business, representation of the company on local and provincial governmental/community forums to ensure achievement of the required targets/goals.
Attend various internal and external forums/committees and report progress on the transformational imperatives.
Advise and support the business and other relevant stakeholders in achieving compliance to internal/legislative/regulatory transformation strategy.
Build a culture of inclusiveness in the business.
Manage the team and business leaders to drive favorable transformational outcomes for the business.
Positively influence the business with regards to the implementation of the SLP in achieving the transformational objectives and targets.
Design a broader transformational charter and roadmap to address key transformational issues as identified in the overall strategic plan.
Job Requirements:
Have at least 10 years' experience in a related role, of which 5 years should have been at a senior management level or experience in a functional/specialist area.
Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye Stillwater
Occupational Health Centre
Have a clear security screening record.
Have a valid driver's licence.
Have a NQF 8 (Post graduate Diploma / Honours Degree) in Business Management/ Social Science or related field.
