Job Description:
To support the leadership team in achieving Postbank's strategic objectives through the effective management and successful execution of all
projects, including the prioritisation and organisation of the projects workload in accordance with Postbank's strategic business priorities.
Furthermore, provide a comprehensive service to the organisation focusing on delivering major programmes, projects and major system
enhancements, Maintain strategies, process, procedures.

Job Responsibilities:
Management of governance standards of SLAs agreement
project management
Ensure that the working environment contributes to improving staff morale and increasing productivity
Support the entire Postbank with the planning, prioritization and execution of projects.
Establish stakeholder engagement procedures, rules and standards in relations to maintaining cooperation with relevant stakeholders
Motivate, coach and mentor direct reportees encouraging them to deliver
Ensure that staff receive adequate and relevant training to support their careers
Alignment to the bank's transformation objectives (EE) through departmental processes
Talent management of direct reports, including career development and paths for all staff and succession planning for key positions
Recruit and develop skilled and talented staff in accordance with agreed ratios
Manage contract workers to ensure conformance to contracted deliverables
Manage performance of the entire PMO ensuring agreement of annual goals, measuring performance against agreed goals and dealing
Champion project management disciplines and provide guidance and oversight on the PMO policies, processes, structures and tools for
with non-performance accordingly
Job Requirements:
At least 10 years post qualification experience in a similar position preferably in the banking industry, experience in project management
Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management (NQF 8) or equivalent qualification. An MBA/MBL or other masters will be an added
and software tools
advantage.
Professional Membership with PMSA will be an added advantage
Certification in Project Management (e.g. PRINCE II etc.)
