Job Responsibilities:
Attend to conversions, efficiently communicating and collaborating inter-department.
Adding of cessions and beneficiaries after the policy was captured.
Receive weekly statistics from personnel to formulate a monthly report.
General department duties, monitor and control monthly production targets, establish and manage KPIs, attend and conduct meetings, attend to everyday challenges, provide feedback and resolution.
Ensure new applications are processed correctly and timeously before the next commission run.
Assist Manager with daily duties when required.
Cancellation of policy applications if issued incorrectly.
Monitor the productivity and overtime requirements from an operational stand-point.
Office administration
Job Requirements:
Diploma with 3-5 years of appropriate experience
Grade 12 with 8-10 years of appropriate experience
Computer Literate
Must have experience in new business
