Senior Manager, Risk Based Approach, Group Financial Crime Job Overview Business Segment: Group Functions Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30 To develop, maintain and manage the implementation of the GSD Advisory and Reporting Framework, covering group-wide Advisory and Reporting Services on financial sanctionmatters, pertaining to all products and services offered anywhere in the Group, as well as legal agreements entered into by the Group, across all jurisdictions. This to ensure that business is undertaken in a compliant manner to avoid operational losses, fines, penalties or reputational damage, and to enable the Group's competitive advantage. Qualifications Degree in Risk ManagementExperience Required:5-7 years in Regulatory Engagement with a significant focus on Terrorism financing and Proliferation financingTrade finance business background is essential.Financial sanction and terrorism financing advisory, controls implementation and operations. International financial sanction and terrorism financing laws, regulations and guidance. Risk and control frameworks.5-7 years in Financial Crime Risk ManagementThe role requires a leader seasoned and expert in Compliance with profound knowledge of the full dimensions of the field, but deep expertise in the relevant area of specialisation. Regulatory environment savvy, a proven track record in influencing seasoned leaders and employees across multiple countries and business areas to effectively implement compliance frameworks.
