We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Operations Manager to join our team and help us continue to grow and excel in the hospitality industry.Job Description:As the Senior Operations Manager of the Taproom Network, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our establishments. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our locations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.Your leadership and strategic thinking will contribute to our continued success.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage Taproom staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and cleanliness standards.- Monitor inventory and suppliers, and manage expenses to meet budgetary goals.- Implement and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.- Collaborate with the Chefs and Barman to maintain high-quality food and beverage offerings.- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.- Assist in developing marketing and promotional strategies.- Drive a positive and motivated work environment.Qualifications:- Previous experience in restaurants or taproom management.- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.- Knowledge of food and beverage operations.- Proven ability to meet financial and operational targets.- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.If you are passionate about the hospitality industry and have a track record of success in operations management, we encourage you to apply.
