Ensures the project specific HSEPhilosophy, HSE Plan (to include a safety program schedule), andFire Protection Philosophy are developed and delivered inaccordance with Codes, Guidelines, and International Standards andproject design specifications.Ensures projectHSE Deliverables are provided in accordance with the requirements(Appraisal / Select / FEED / Executephase).Ensures that the project'sContractor produced Construction HSE Plan (to include a safetyprogram schedule) is developed and delivered in accordance withCodes, Guidelines, and International Standards and project designspecifications. Ensures that the projects Safety/HSE contractDocument Review Cycle adhered to company Divisions. Where they havea consultation process input.Plans, directs,and controls the development of the divisional specific HSEprograms, procedures and training plans in line with corporateguidelines to enhance leadership at rig site and ensureavailability of skilled and competent staff duringemergencies.
