Wholesale Banking - Wholesale Chief Operating Officer's Office Our Wholesale Chief Operating Officer's Office is dedicated to manage non-financial risk, drive digital and transformation strategic execution, analyses big data and market opportunities, oversee customer due diligence, as well as provide business management support for wholesale banking. The team plays a key role in enabling high performance, mitigation of potential risk, promoting digital transformation to drive our business forward. We are currently seeking high caliber individual to join us as Senior Digital Platform Manager. Principal responsibilities • Responsible for enhancing the capabilities of digital platforms, developing customer-focused digital experience, formulating various recommendations, and managing digital platforms improvement & maintenance • Analyze customer information and develop data model to facilitate the design of the digital platforms • Organize and manage a portfolio of digital products to optimize customer experience and improve operation efficiencies across digital channels, call center, communication, and marketing with shared OKRs/KPIs • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of new products / initiatives launch in compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements • Track and analyze the digital platform usage and customer feedbacks, propose the recommendations for improvement and execute change to deliver the improvement plan • Partner with multiple business stakeholders to develop business case and roadmap towards achieving revenue growth and digital adoption for customer services through data analysis on customer segments, engagement and surveys • Drive end-to-end project initiation processes and manage projects through business case preparation, solutioning, roadmap design and commercialization • Keep abreast of market and regulatory changes and timely executing enhancement and other risk-based diligence Requirements • University degree in Business Administration, Information System or related disciplines • Solid experience (at least 8 years) in digital platform developments in terms of extending bank's products and service offerings to digital platforms where onboarding target/potential customers to take up the products/services on digital • Knowledgeable in banking operations, banking products/ services, ideally in Commercial Banking • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers • Well-versed knowledge of digital, web and mobile technologies and services • Able to keep abreast of the latest digital and online banking technologies and trends • Strong self-motivation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in Agile project management methodology for project delivery on platforms and platform functions would be an added advantage • High level of attentiveness to details, with strong business sense and able to make sensible business judgments • Proficient in both written English and Chinese, fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua Visit Hang Seng Career Page and sign up with our Talent Community to receive the latest information about our career opportunities in Hang Seng Hong Kong.
