About the Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Safety and Quality Lead is responsible for the Safety and Quality across the Pacific Doors organisation. You will responsible for supporting senior leaders to drive safety and quality culture. Further, you will:- Ensuring the effective development, application, monitoring, and reporting, risk management and quality programs in accordance with relevant legislation.
- Proactively drive improvement of related policies, procedures, and system
- Providing technical expertise and advice when investigating any issues raised by Operational managers and staff
- Undertaking safety inspections and implementing recommendations where appropriate to ensure the company is following best practices
- Providing Safety and Quality guidance to influence to all levels of the workforce
- Ensure all personnel and contractors working on a site/at a workshop or at an office are fully trained and conversant with the Company Quality, Health & Safety policy, and applicable procedures.
- 3+ years’ relevant experience Safety and Quality Lead position of similar
- Ability to rapidly build strong relationships, influence and mentor stakeholders
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent planning, time management and prioritisation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
