Job Description

As the Vehicle Supply Coordinator at General Motors Australia & New Zealand you will be joining a talented team where you will find the flexibility you need to make choices that suit your individual needs and unique skill set. You will gain experience, marketability and exposure to a diverse, fast-paced environment within our global corporation and exiting local ambitions, which you will be able to leverage to progress your career.  Your purpose is to manage the vehicle supply requirements for our GM brands in New Zealand, these being GM Specialty Vehicles, Isuzu Trucks and Cadillac. You will work with key providers to ensure vehicle logistic suppliers meet KPI requirements, assist with maintaining third party supplier relationships and performance metrics while also providing vehicle distribution support for the NZ Dealer Network for Isuzu Trucks and GMSV.  As we build upon the Cadillac brand across Australia & New Zealand, you will be involved in the implementation of the Cadillac Distribution system, as well as managing the inventory, vehicle tracking, coordination through to delivery of the Cadillac portfolio in the D2C environment for NZ.  This role will see you work across many facets of vehicle supply, your key responsibilities will include:  Isuzu Trucks and GMSV 
  • Regularly generate respective stock and pipeline reporting to enable vehicle tracking and reports. 
  • Assist with the development of monthly forecasting reports. 
  • Monitor all wholesale reporting and ensure vehicles are processing and reflecting accurately. 
  • Work with the IT team to ensure all pipeline inventory reflects accurate data. 
  • Review, monitor and update Shipping details for all brands and delivery destinations. 
  • Distribute appropriate reporting to the Isuzu and GMSV dealer network weekly. 
  • Update and submit regular reporting to the GM region. 
  • Upload vehicle specification data into NZ regulatory sites. 
  • Assist Isuzu Trucks and GMSV Dealers with stock availability/swaps/invoice status and monthly allotments. 
Cadillac
  • Assist with the development and implementation of the Cadillac distribution system in New Zealand. 
  • Manage inventory vehicle tracking and logistics from order to delivery. 
  • Coordinate all areas of the MR2A, registration and documentation process 
  • Work with the Sales Concierge teams to provide key updates relating to pipeline ETA's, possible delivery windows and any key changes required. 
This is a full time, ongoing position. About you You have at least 5 years’ experience in zone or region Sales, and/or Aftersales operations or equivalent central office experience and you have had experience in supervision of mid-level or higher managers in automotive related activities. Education:  Tertiary business-related discipline are considered highly desirable, for example Commerce or Marketing.  Salary to be negotiated based on experience.
