What will you do?-Develop a financial plan and oversee financial budgeting and forecasting for the business -Create monthly internal and external MIS, measure metrics and analyse variances -Manage business development activities according to financial plan to achieve profitability and revenue. -Modify financial plan and budget amount based on the changes in business plans. -Manage the profit and loss statements and cash and balance sheet to ensure the financial integrity. Review the actual results against the budgeted goals to identify and correct accounting issues and variances. -Enhance the financial processes for profitability and revenue growth. -Coordinate with operations, sales, marketing, and customer service teams to supervise and support business operations effectively. -Tracking of all incoming service requests from internal and external stakeholders -Assisting with month-end, quarter-end & financial year-end activities for multiple entities and consolidation. -Assisting the team with implementation of financial controls and monitoring adherence to those controls

- A degree in accounting, finance or related field OR 2+ years prior experience working in an business finance or analysis function, using some accounting software/ERP such as Quickbooks, Xero, SAP or Netsuite
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast paced working environment with tight deadlines and limited oversight
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, G-Suite tools, esp G-Sheets & ExcelA fast learner…
- should be able to pick up new software and familiarize themselves with company processes quickly
- Prior startup experience is a big plus
